FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Tickets are mainly available on our website (you are on it, Just click on your city) and also via Ticket Tailor. We may also host tickets on some other sites such as See Tickets.

  • The only difference in tickets is the pricing. We like to offer tickets at a discounted price on a first come first serve basis. All tickets are for the same time, and give the same experience. *This excludes VIP tickets

  • We offer complimentary carers tickets.

    Please purchase the ticket/tickets required for yourself, then send us an email with your order number and proof of disability. Once this has been received, we can issue the complimentary carers ticket.

  • VIP tickets include: Dedicated queue jump, Exclusive stage views, Private area, Separate Bar and Posh toilets. This is limited to availability.

    VIP Locations include: Sheffield, Thanet, Colchester, Tunbridge Wells, Guildford, Aberdeen, Dundee, Winchester and Warwick.

  • We have a no re-entry policy at all events. This means that once you leave you can not re-enter the event.

    Last entry for all outdoor events will be 8pm

  • The cost of admission is the fee for Entry, this helps us cover costs such as – hire charges for the venues, lighting, set up and the musical entertainment. There are also cleaning, insurance, security and administrative costs.

  • Booking fees are not something we are in control of, the ticket partners add ticket fees and are their fees for processing the tickets.

  • Our policy is no refunds of ticket purchased in advance. However, if you have bought a ticket that you then find you can’t use, you can transfer it to a friend.


    Please note that if you have a promotional discount code these will only be available for a short amount of time. You must also use these codes at the “Your Details” section of the buying process. Unfortunately these codes can not be entered retrospectively.
    Not entering a discount code at time of purchase is not grounds for a refund on tickets unfortunately.

  • Last entry will be 20:00.

  • Summer in Nashville outdoors will be open to all ages. We will have a strict policy that under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult of 21+

    ALL children are required to be accompanied by an adult AT ALL TIMES. Children should not be left unattended.

    We will allow a ratio of 1 Adult to a maximum of 3 under 18’s.

    ID Will be required by all, even if you are lucky enough to look under 25

  • Unfortunately not, you can not bring your pets.


    If you have a guide dog or support dog, please contact us and we can then make sure everyone at the event is aware and can make provisions if required.

  • Small Camping Chairs are allowed.

    Unfortunately we do not allow anything along the lines of Small Marquee, Tents, Tables, Trolleys, due to safety.

    NO Picnic blankets are allowed.

    These items will be refused at entry and we have no provision to store them for you.

  • At the current time we do not have camping available at our events, if this changes it will be dependent on each event.

  • All parking information for our events will be city specific. Please check the city you are coming to page and you will find parking information there.

  • If you need assistance on entry at the event, please find a member of staff and they will able to help you.

    There is no viewing platform.

    Disabled toilets are available. Please keep in mind that although toilets are monitored, not all disabilties are visible and we cannot ask for proof.

    Unfortunately for bars and food, we do not have a separate queue due to spacial restrictions.

    ALL outdoor show are on flat land with no steps, however terrain may be difficult in places.

FOOD AND DRINK


  • All events are cashless so this means we will accept card payments only.

  • No, we do not allow this. We have some amazing food and drink on offer so we do not allow you to bring your own food.

    We allow 1 sealed bottle of water. Please note: Security may check bottles of water. Personal bottles/containers will be allowed into the event as long as they are empty on arrival, for water refill at the bars.

    Baby food will be allowed into the event.

    Final decisions of what will be allowed into the event will be made by security on the day.

  • Alternatives will be available for those who have dietary requirements (V, VE, GF) with most of our vendors.

    This will include; GF rolls, vegetarian and vegan meat alternatives.

    These will be subject to availability on the day.
